108jili takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 108jili. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of a different device or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid email address, and your correct date of birth. 108jili reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend accounts where the information provided cannot be verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 108jili will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 108jili support immediately at support@108jili.net. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to accounts where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
108jili operates a KYC process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be held pending completion of KYC. The KYC process is straightforward and our team will guide you through it if required.
All deposits and transactions on 108jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
GCash, Maya, and most e-wallet deposits reflect in your 108jili account immediately. Bank transfers via InstaPay reflect within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. 108jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 108jili does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player. Transactions from accounts that do not match your registered 108jili account name may be refused and returned.
All funds deposited into your 108jili account are held for gaming purposes only. 108jili does not pay interest on account balances.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 108jili in the order they are received. GCash withdrawals typically complete within 10 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day.
Withdrawals are released exclusively to accounts registered in your name that have been verified as part of the 108jili KYC process. 108jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements.
108jili reserves the right to conduct a security review before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Players will be notified of any review and given a clear timeframe for resolution. Legitimate withdrawals are never permanently delayed — reviews exist to protect you and other players, not to obstruct access to your funds.
If you have an active bonus with wagering requirements, the portion of your balance covered by that bonus may not be withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at all times, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. 108jili offers a range of bonuses, welcome offers, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP rewards to eligible players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these General Terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement (e.g., 10x) means you must wager the bonus amount — or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount — the stated number of times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering is tracked in real time in your account dashboard.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general rule at 108jili: sports bets typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, live baccarat and casino table games contribute 20%, and bingo contributes 50%. Specific contribution rates for active bonuses are shown at the point of claiming the offer.
108jili maintains automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including strategies designed to exploit promotions in ways that were not intended. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play between accounts to complete wagering, and systematic low-risk play designed to clear wagering without genuine gaming activity. Where abuse is detected, 108jili may void the bonus, void related winnings, or close the account.
Most 108jili bonuses have a validity period, after which uncompleted wagering is forfeited and the bonus balance is removed from the account. Expiry dates are stated clearly on each offer. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on the 108jili platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 108jili. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at the Company's discretion, unless live in-play betting was explicitly available for that event.
Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player. Before confirming, please review your bet slip carefully — selections, stake, and expected payout. 108jili is not responsible for bets placed incorrectly due to player error.
If an event is cancelled, postponed for more than 12 hours, or abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account. For accumulator bets, voided selections are treated as non-runners and the remaining selections stand.
If you believe a result has been settled incorrectly, you must submit a dispute to 108jili support within 72 hours of the event result being published. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewed. The Company's decision on disputed results, after investigation, is final.
Single bet maximum payout: ₱5,000,000. Accumulator maximum payout: ₱10,000,000. Higher limits may be available to VIP Diamond members by arrangement. The Company reserves the right to limit winnings where there is evidence of a technical error in odds pricing.
Casino games available on 108jili — including live baccarat, bingo, slots, and other table games — are subject to the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules published in the game lobby.
RNG (Random Number Generator) game results are determined by certified random number generation software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer game results are determined by physical cards, wheels, or equipment in a monitored studio environment. All results are final and binding.
In the event of a game crash, disconnection, or technical failure during a round, the round outcome will be determined based on the game state at the moment of failure. If the outcome cannot be determined, the round is voided and stakes returned. 108jili is not responsible for losses arising from player-side disconnections or internet failures.
Any malfunction in a casino game voids all pays and plays for that round. If a game displays an incorrect outcome due to a software malfunction, 108jili reserves the right to void that round and correct the account balance accordingly, regardless of what was displayed on screen.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 108jili platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

108jili reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the 108jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of your account balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 108jili's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
108jili's formal dispute resolution process requires that players contact our support team first and allow a minimum of 14 business days for resolution before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory complaint. This internal process is provided at no cost to the player and is designed to resolve the majority of issues quickly.
